I Have Cancer

I have cancer.

To all the people who wondered why I was in and out of the hospital, doctor’s appointments, medical tests, it’s because I’ve developed rectal cancer.

You know, I’ve been the family member of many cancer patients. Some who have survived, some who haven’t.

So, I know what to expect, but I’m still scared and unsure about what’s gonna happen.

Anyone who can share tips or just kind words would be really appreciated.

You know, I became a health advocate after I had my ostomy surgery and lived with a bag for a little while. So, you know, I don’t really know what it’s like to be a health advocate while being sick.

I’m gonna do my best to post and and keep everyone updated as much as I possibly can.

You know, I also haven’t been a hospital patient in a long time since before the invention of Wi-Fi.

So I’m really hoping this time around that makes it a little bit easier.

Thank you and with me luck.
