I had a wonderful weekend this weekend.

On Saturday my mom came up to visit me from Toronto because my sorority was holding its annual Parent ball.

Pretty much, the parents of sisters come up and we go to a fancy dinner in fancy dresses and get drunk. It was awesome.

Not only was it fun to drink like 4 glasses of wine and giggle with my mother, it was also nice spending time with her. I rarely get to see her nowadays because I’m always so busy here at school. I don’t even have free weekends to go home and visit.  It was nice to have her come to me :]

I wanted to put up pictures from parent ball but I left my camera in my car and have yet to upload the pictures to my computer. One of the sisters did upload one of her pictures so I’ll just post that.

    Tis a cute pic, yes. I have a drinkin’ question for you – how does booze affect you with your ostomy? I’ve had my ileo for 10 months now, and I can have 2 glasses of wine/drinks just fine. But that third one puts me over the top, instant hammered, and the morning after the night before – feel perty rotten and dehydrated.
