It’s almost the end of the school semester and I’m drowning in essays and studying to get myself to the shining light at the end of the tunnel… The end being the DOMINICAN. My mom’s taking my brother an I wooo

Anyways, I’m pretty brain dead right now from all the work I’ve been doing so I figure, why not take this time to offer YOU a chance to let me know what you want me to blog about!

    Hey Jess,

    Great work so far on the blog. You should talk about what it was like in the early days of your ostomy. Was it hard for you as a young teenager? How were your feelings about it then compared to now? Anything that can illumine what kids with ostomies go through.

    I don’t have an ostomy, but do have Crohn’s. I find it so interesting to talk to other Crohnies (and ppl w/ Ulcerative Colitis) about their experiences with the disease. Can you share some stories of others you’ve met – things that shocked you, made you feel they were troopers, etc? Thanks!
