Happy Birthday John!

I just wanted to take the time to send a shout out to John on his birthdayyy

For those who don’t know who John is, he is what I like to call, the “producer” of Uncover Ostomy.

He was the one who helped me build the concept of UO into what it is today. He helped take my concept and make it real. He organized the photoshoot, he made the website, he’s thought of concepts to put into the site, and he’s pretty much managed the entire thing.

He is also constantly putting up with my whining whenever I need something :]

He’s a great guy and this site wouldn’t exist without his hard work.

Happy Birthday John, hope it’s great!

Well said Jessica-Happy Birthday John! There are a lot of us in the IBD community, who are indebted to John "O", for his tireless contributions on websites, communications and outreach through the media. John's magnificent writing ability gave all our http://www.nogutsknowglory.com followers, a real sense of what climbing Mount Everest to raise awareness about gastrointestinal illness, was all about. Hat's off to both of you, for showing that "IBD doesn't Stop Me!"

Just planning to go back to an end ileostomy, this one permanently. Your blog caught my eye and I was wondering how you wear cool college age girl clothes?!? i'm not trying to look like i'm in college, since i have kids, etc.,, but i'm still freaked out about how to fit into my clothes w/ an ostomy. it didn't work well last time… but that was 10 years ago. has technology changed?
